Summer School Begins June 13

Hello Heritage Families,


We are excited to announce that our TK-5th grade summer school starts on Monday, June 13th. If your child is signed up to participate, this on-campus, in-person learning program will focus on Math and English grade level lessons to help students build and maintain their skills and prevent summer learning loss.  This summer school program will run from June 13th to June 30th (Monday-Thursday only). Breakfast and transportation will not be provided. Students will receive a bag lunch each day from our food services department. 


Teaching and Support Staff

Mrs. Alvarez (Keefe) and Mrs. Anderson-Parks will teach: 

TK, K & 1st grade from 8:00 - 11:00 AM  Monday through Thursday


Mrs. Juliot will teach:

2nd & 3rd  grade from 8:00 - 11:00 AM  Monday through Thursday


Ms. Olguin will teach:

4th & 5th grade from 8:00-11:00 AM Monday through Thursday


Mrs. Newman will be our nurse on site each day. 

Mr. Scott Tate will provide support in the classrooms and offer campus support.

Mrs. Juliot will serve as the admin/teacher leader and our office staff will be on site through June 23rd. 


Our tentative schedule will be:

  • 1st Instructional Period - Approximately 1 hour 20  minutes in the classroom
  • Nutrition Break/recess 20 minutes
  • 2nd Instructional Session - Approximately 1 hour 20 minutes in the classroom

Safety Information & Reminders:

  • Please send a water bottle with your children every day. Sending a snack is optional. 
  • Please wear appropriate footwear for recess every day.
  • No supplies have to be purchased or brought in for summer school.
  • The drop off and pick up for summer school will be in the front office parking lot only. You may pull up and drop off students in the morning, but we ask that you WALK up to pick up your child at the end of the day. There will be no curb pick-up service.  
  • Drop off time is 7:55 AM & Pick up time is 11:00 AM.
  • Attendance will be taken daily. 
  • All Heritage School policies, including the dress code will be enforced during summer school.
